The Story Behind Wheat Free Now!


For years I was feeling sick, tired, depressed and I couldn't shake it... I had no idea what was wrong with me. I "thought" I was eating a 'healthy' diet.  Every blood test my doctor could think of showed nothing wrong with me. Yet I needed to sleep 12 hours a day, never really felt rested, couldn't think clearly and I was always tired, achy and irritable.

At one point I was beginning to think that I had a terminal illness.  My doctor concluded I was just depressed and prescribed anti-depressant medication, which actually made my situation worse.

It was pretty clear at that point that 'traditional' medicine was not going to help. So my wife and I embarked on a journey that has led me to create Wheat Free Now!

Through much trial and error and a mountain of personal research  I came to realize my body had developed something called a wheat intolerance to wheat gluten.

After learning what my body needs and what is toxic to my body (wheat gluten), I have completely turned around my health, my skin, my mental state and many other parts of my life with a gluten free diet.

By selectively eliminating certain foods that contained wheat gluten from my diet and replacing them with better ones, my energy levels started climbing, I slept more restfully, my aching joints went way my depression lifted and people started telling me how much better I looked.  My weight normalized and my mental awareness improved dramatically.

Within a 30 day period of eating wheat free foods and adding some simple supplements things began to really improve... it was at this point I knew I was onto to something with a wheat free diet.

Because I was adamant about fixing my health during this journey, I documented everything in  journals - what worked and what didn't work, the foods, recipes, what I drank, supplements, everything.  Today I've distilled this information down to what is now the basis of what you will find here on Wheat Free Now!   It's the same gluten free blueprint that thousands of people around the world used to detect and eliminate the same problems I had.
